Memorial Day 2006

Had a little bbq and pool fun this Memorial day. I smoked 2 racks of ribs for 9 hours with mesquite lump coals and maple chips. The smoke had a sweet smell to it, and the ribs were just right with the Pappy's rub. Here are a couple pictures of Dylan jumping in from the high jump, and of Dylan and I jumping in together.
