Amy and I hosted a pool party to celebrate Independence Day. We had 24 guests. I smoked 9 racks of baby back ribs on the upper/lower racks of my smoker. Also had a Costco ham, 5 fruits, cookies (made by Amy), and other items. A good time was had by all.
