Bathroom project

Norm and Tom Silva from This Old House would be proud. A toilet that has been leaking slowly for 18 years caused the subfloor to rot in one of the upstairs bathrooms. I ripped out the layers of linoleum and removed the rotten subfloor. A little restructuring is the result. Next week I hope to have the new subfloor in and the wonderboard installed, ready for tile.
